Konami eFootball Account Recovery Request After Account Theft

My issue is with my stolen Konami eFootball account. Yesterday my eFootball account was stolen after I trusted someone who offered to recharge my account. He told me that he would add credit to my account, swore that he would not steal it, and I agreed. After I shared the access, the person changed the registered email of the account and I could no longer log in or access my team and progress. I have proof that this account is mine, including my Konami user details and the previous email address that was registered on the account, which I can share if needed. I also have screenshots from inside the game showing my team and account activity. I kindly request that my eFootball account be recovered and that the email be reset back to me, so that I can regain full access to my account.
