Instagram ID Verification Error Preventing Account Reactivation

For about the last 20 days, I have been unable to complete the identity verification process for my Instagram account with the username “Alpaslan.0001”. On the “Upload your ID” screen, I constantly receive the red error message “Error: Please try again later” and the process never goes through, so I cannot reactivate my account. I reached Meta/Instagram support via email and the Help Center and explained that this is a technical error, but no solution has been provided and the problem still continues in exactly the same way. I urgently request that my account be reviewed, the technical error on the ID upload screen be resolved, and my Instagram account be reactivated.
