eFootball In-Game Store Not Working for Two Months

I have been experiencing an issue with the in-game store in eFootball on my Android tablet for approximately two months. Whenever I try to access the store, I continuously receive a “An error occurred” message, and I am unable to make any in-game purchases.

I attempted to purchase eFootball Coins for $21, but the payment was not charged by my bank, and the in-game currency was not added to my account either. However, ever since this attempted purchase, I receive the same error message every time I try to access the store, and I am completely unable to make any purchases.

Although I have contacted the support team, my issue has still not been resolved and I have not received a solution to my problem. I am requesting that my issue be resolved and that the in-game store access problem be permanently fixed so that I can use the store and make purchases normally again.
