I am writing regarding unwanted charges to my credit card for an eDreams Prime subscription that I did not knowingly subscribe to. I only ever intended to book an airline ticket and would never willingly sign up for any ongoing membership or subscription service. On 12.02.2025, CHF 58.15 was charged to my credit card for an eDreams Prime renewal, and recently another renewal attempt was made. I have just received a new credit card and the old one was blocked; as a result I received an email stating that my membership was suspended. However, I cannot find any email confirming earlier subscription renewals or clearly informing me that I had entered into a paid Prime membership. I want a clear and detailed explanation of how and when this Prime subscription was started, as I do not recall at any point actively agreeing to or clearly being informed about a paid membership while booking my flight. I would also like to know the exact date on which this subscription began and how long it has been running without my explicit awareness. In addition, I request that any existing Prime membership on my account be cancelled immediately and that the charge of CHF 58.15 on 12.02.2025, as well as any other similar Prime fees that were taken without my clear consent, be fully refunded. I also request written confirmation that my account is no longer linked to any Prime or recurring subscription and that no further charges will be made without my explicit approval.
