eDreams Charged My Account Without My Consent
An amount of R199 was withdrawn from my bank account by eDreams without my knowledge. I wasn’t aware of any subscription or service linked to this charge, and it feels completely unfair. I cannot recover the amount on my own and urgently need help to get rid of this platform and hold them accountable. What they did is dishonest, and I want my money back. I also want to file a complaint. Please help me and show me the way to resolve this issue.
