I Demand a $77 Refund After eDreams Failed to Complete My Booking

On July 24, I purchased a ticket for a Diyarbakir–Istanbul flight through eDreams for $77. Even though the payment was deducted from my card, the ticketing process was not completed and my ticket was never issued.

Despite trying live support multiple times, I received no response, and no information or solution was provided to me. My money was taken, yet I was left without a ticket.

I demand an immediate refund of the $77 paid, or that my ticket be issued successfully for the same amount. I request to be contacted by phone at 0552*****02.
