eDreams Ryanair Booking Issue - Forced Elderly Passengers To Pay Fee
Dear eDreams Customer Service Team, I am writing on behalf of my parents, Norma and Keith G***, regarding their recent booking made through your company. During their trip to Palma, they encountered significant difficulties as they were unable to check in online for their return flight to France. My parents are 78 and 82 years old, and this situation caused them considerable stress and anxiety during what should have been a relaxing holiday. Upon investigation, it appears that your company may not have the appropriate authorization to sell Ryanair flights, yet the booking was made through yourselves. As a result of being unable to check in online, my parents were forced to pay an additional €60 at the airport in order to board their flight. This unexpected charge effectively increased the total cost of their trip beyond what was originally agreed and advertised. We therefore request reimbursement of the €60 check-in fee as soon as possible. Please confirm the email address or postal address to which we can send the invoice and supporting documentation for this reimbursement claim. We would appreciate your urgent response to resolve this matter promptly.
