eDreams Prime Charged Me Without Consent After Flight Booking
I am submitting a complaint regarding an unauthorized subscription and charge from eDreams Prime connected to my email address 375333008***@mail.ru. When I bought flight tickets to Tallinn on 24.06.2026, I did not give any clear consent to a paid subscription. Despite this, on 09.07.2026 at 14:32 an amount of 99.99 euros was withdrawn from my card without my knowledge and permission, with card number ending in 5655. After discovering this charge, I cancelled the subscription and, for security reasons, I blocked my card. I do not know how to correctly contact your support service, which puts me in a difficult position because I cannot resolve this issue directly with you. I request a full refund of the 99.99 euros that were charged without my consent and written confirmation that my eDreams Prime subscription is fully cancelled and will not be renewed or charged again in the future.
