eDreams, Cancellation Failed Due To Technical Error, Request A Solution
I made a car rental reservation for an SUV with Enterprise through the eDreams website in Auburn, United States, for the period of July 1–2. My reservation number is 5241255665 and the total booking amount is 500 USD. On July 8, I made several attempts to cancel this reservation by following the standard online cancellation steps on the eDreams website. However, every attempt failed because of a persistent technical error on the eDreams system, which prevented the cancellation from being completed. The problem was clearly a system malfunction beyond my control and was not caused by any mistake or omission on my side. Due to this situation, I request that my reservation be cancelled in full without any cancellation fees or additional charges, as I was denied the ability to cancel properly because of eDreams’ technical error. I also kindly ask that this cancellation be processed as soon as possible and that I receive written confirmation that the reservation has been fully cancelled and that no charges will be applied to my account.
