eDreams Refund Dispute Over Undisclosed Rental Conditions

Using the email address Em*********@hotmail.com and reservation number TR920783730, I rented a car from Pandora through the eDreams website. At the time of booking, I did not see any warning or restriction stating that this rental was valid only for passengers arriving on international flights.

After some time, a Pandora representative called me and stated that the reservation was only for passengers arriving from international flights, and therefore they would not deliver the vehicle to me. I was told that I needed to cancel the reservation. When I attempted to cancel through eDreams, I was informed that a deduction of $145 USD would be applied. I do not accept being denied the vehicle due to a restriction that was not disclosed at the time of booking, nor do I accept being faced with such a significant cancellation fee.

When I contacted eDreams via WhatsApp, they told me that Pandora did not have the right to act this way. Despite this, the Pandora representative clearly stated that the vehicle would absolutely not be delivered unless I canceled the reservation. As a result, I am now in a situation where I cannot receive the car I rented, yet if I cancel, I will lose $145 USD.

I believe I have been wronged due to this “international flights only” condition, which was not clearly disclosed during the reservation process. I request that my grievance be resolved, that my reservation be canceled without any deductions, and that both Pandora (for refusing to deliver the vehicle) and eDreams (for failing to transparently display this restriction at the time of booking) address this issue properly.
