eDreams Canceled My Flight Reservation Without Notice

I made a flight reservation through eDreams with Pegasus for a round trip from Antalya to Ankara on September 3, 2026, with the return flight scheduled for September 4, 2026. The reservation reference number was 25593760443. However, my reservation was either canceled or never processed, and I was not notified about this by email or SMS in any way. I only became aware of the issue when I checked my reservation reference before the flight and discovered that it was invalid.

I wanted to contact eDreams to find out why and how my reservation was canceled and to clarify the status of my flight. However, I discovered that it was not possible to access their customer service phone numbers through normal means and that I had to purchase a membership subscription just to access the phone numbers. I was forced to pay more than $8 simply to reach the customer service line and obtain information about my own flight, even though the issue was caused by the company.

I find it completely unacceptable to force customers to pay an additional fee just to obtain information about their flight reservations, especially in such a critical situation. I request that customers always be notified promptly by email or SMS when a flight is canceled or a reservation is rejected. I also request that eDreams make its customer service phone number freely accessible without requiring customers to pay an additional membership fee just to obtain information about their reservations.
