eDreams Booking Payment Error

I made a booking to Mumbai from London Heathrow. At the payment stage, it included a prime plus payment of £69. As I was going to make more bookings I was happy to include in the payment. However, when I went to do another booking it appeared that the Prime Plus membership was still required to be paid. I then spoke to an agent who said I had paid for another service AND A REBOOKING FEE.. I dont want this other service but do want the fare price offer with Prime plus membership. the booking reference is 14605794647. I tried another return fare and got the same fee including the prime membership fee. A copy is enclosed. I believe you have a software problem. I hope this can be sorted out quickly as I want to make further bookings with Prime Plus membership. Peter Eaton
