I made a purchase from eBay 8 months ago, but the products worth 202.59 were never delivered to me. I have been contacting you for months, yet you still have not refunded my money. Each time I reach out, I only receive standard replies that do not provide a solution. It is very disappointing to see such a well-known platform not addressing the problem. Why don’t you check your system and return my payment? Since you have ignored my issue for so long, I will now exercise my legal rights.
