My Easypaisa Payment Was Successful but B9 Never Added the Balance

I deposited 18,000 via Easypaisa QR payment to the B9 game on the 16th, but the amount has still not been credited to my game account. The payment was made from the Easypaisa number 03086060534, and the money was successfully deducted from my wallet. After noticing that the balance was not added, I contacted B9 customer support, but they have not responded properly, and my issue remains unresolved. I am very disappointed that such a large amount is stuck, even though the payment went through. I request that my 18,000 deposit made via Easypaisa QR on the 16th either be credited immediately to my B9 game account or refunded back to my Easypaisa account linked to 03086060534 without any further delay.
