EasyPaisa QR Payment Deducted but Shop Never Received Money
I am using an EasyPaisa account registered in the name of Misbah A***. On 14 May, I made a payment of PKR 1,000 through the scanner/QR option for a purchase at a shop. The amount was deducted from my EasyPaisa account, but the shop did not receive the payment and I did not receive any refund. Since the money has been debited but is not reflecting on the receiver’s side, I am facing financial inconvenience. I kindly request that this transaction be checked urgently, the missing PKR 1,000 either be credited to the intended receiver or refunded back to my EasyPaisa account, and a clear explanation be provided about the issue so that it does not happen again.
