Today, I attempted to deposit 1,900 PKR into my Megapari account using Easypaisa. However, because of a mistake on my side, the amount was incorrectly entered as 500 PKR in the app, and the transaction did not process correctly. As a result, my deposit was not reflected properly in my Megapari account, and my money is now stuck.

After noticing the issue, I contacted customer support and explained that I originally intended to deposit 1,900 PKR, but the system processed the payment incorrectly due to the wrong amount being entered. I requested assistance to correct the transaction and recover my funds.

Although I understand that the input mistake was made by me, I still expect Megapari to help resolve this issue fairly so that I do not lose my money because of a simple error. I kindly request that Megapari either credit the full 1,900 PKR to my account balance or refund the full amount back to my Easypaisa account as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation and confirmation regarding the final resolution of this matter.
