If Easypaisa never delivered money you sent to another number and you want to recover it;
Check the transfer details first;
• Open Easypaisa → Transaction History
• Note:
– Amount
– Date & time
– Recipient mobile number
– Transaction ID
• Screenshot the failed/undelivered transfer
Confirm the exact issue;
• Did the money:
– Never show in recipient’s account?
– Get “failed” or “pending” on your side?
– Show as completed but not received?
Double-check the recipient’s number;
• Confirm with the recipient
• Ask them to:
– Restart the app
– Check transaction history
– Update the app to latest version
If the number was typed incorrectly;
