If your Easypaisa balance dropped after a failed utility payment, the amount may be temporarily held as a pending transaction while the system waits for confirmation from the biller.

In many cases, failed or reversed utility payments are auto-refunded within 24–72 hours once reconciliation is completed between Easypaisa and the service provider.

Check your transaction history in the app to confirm whether the payment shows as “pending,” “processing,” or “failed,” and note the transaction ID.

If the refund hasn’t appeared, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
