EA Sports Account Locked Because I Lost Access to My Gmail 2FA Verification Codes
About a month ago, I lost access to my Gmail account and had to create a new one. Because of this, I can’t log in to my EA Sports account — two-step verification is enabled, and the verification codes are being sent to my old email address. My EA account is linked to Steam, and my Steam username is “shadowgarden2012.” The old email address associated with my EA account is alishkabaku1***@gmail.com. I have submitted three support requests as a guest through help.ea.com: the first one about a month ago, the second 15 days ago, and the third one today. However, I haven’t received any response so far — not even an automated reply. I also couldn’t find any other contact option such as phone support, live chat, or social media. I’ve never contacted EA Support before; this is my first time needing help, and I’m really disappointed by the lack of response. I just want to recover my account and regain access to it. I kindly ask the support team to reach out to me as soon as possible and assist me in restoring my account.
