I made a purchase on EA Sports for the Joker Card Power Boost, and 230₺ was withdrawn from my Papara card. Despite the payment being successfully processed, I never received the rewards I was promised. Specifically, I was supposed to get 6 Mascherano cards as part of the bundle, but nothing was delivered to my account.

My username is "YVZCKR," and I am requesting EA Sports to urgently review my case and deliver the rewards I paid for. It's extremely frustrating to be charged and receive nothing in return. I trusted the platform and expected better. I urge EA Sports to resolve this issue immediately and restore my confidence in their in-game purchase system.
