We Really Regret Purchasing Dyson Products

Our Dyson vacuum's trigger button malfunctioned. I created a service request on December 13th, shipped the vacuum the same day, and prepaid the service fee. They assured me the process would be completed within three days. Today is the 20th day, and absolutely no one has reached out via email or phone. They are hiding behind the excuse of the legal 20-day period, but even that has elapsed. In Istanbul, there's only one service center, and no one has information about the status or completion date of my product. Customer service is unable to establish contact with the service center. To avoid experiencing such inconvenience, I recommend reconsidering your choice of this brand.

When buying a Dyson, be aware that in a major city like Istanbul, there is only one authorized service point, and also know that a product entering this service will not be returned in less than 20 days. It was supposedly said that if I paid the fee in advance, it would be checked and sent back within 3 days. However, it has been 20 days and there has been no response. The fee we paid has also been used for 20 days.
