Dyson Vacuum Warranty Woes and Performance Problems

I've been having problems with my Dyson vacuum cleaner, and luckily it's still covered by the warranty. The edge bands have become detached, resulting in issues with suction. In addition, there seems to be a problem with dust particles spilling out of the container, and the paint on the hair styler is starting to peel off. After multiple attempts to reach out to customer service, I have yet to receive any response or follow-up.
