Dyson Service Lost My Parquet Nozzle After Sending My V12 Vacuum for Repair

On September 10, 2024, I called Dyson customer service and informed them about the malfunction of my Dyson V12 cordless upright vacuum cleaner with serial number U5A-EU-SCA0347A. My malfunction was detected by video call to the technical service and they requested that the body and one nozzle of my product be packaged and sent with the cargo code that would be sent to me. Based on the statement of the authorized person who created the service record, I put the main body of my V12 vacuum cleaner that I was having problems with and the illuminated parquet nozzle in a box and delivered it to the cargo. I received a message from the Dyson support team on September 16 that we received your product. However, the cargo tracking module said that my cargo was delivered on September 11. In other words, it was added to the system 5 days later. Again, on September 16, a Dyson repair summary was sent to me and the information I received stated that my device was repaired. My device was sent to me on September 17 again via the good luck cargo company and I received it on September 18. When I received the product, we noticed that only the main body came, and there was no illuminated parquet nozzle. Despite calling customer service many times and explaining our problem nicely, they tell us "there was no parquet nozzle in the box, it is recorded like this in the service records." Due to the carelessness of the service personnel or the fact that they deliberately confiscated my parquet nozzle, I cannot receive my product, which I sent to DYSON, paid for and received, and put in the box because they asked me to. My product has been confiscated. I expect the DYSON Turkey team to resolve my grievance.
