I received my Dyson order on February 13, 2025, and attempted to register it to activate the warranty. However, when I entered the serial number, I got an error message saying, "Serial number already exists." I need clarification and assistance regarding this issue.

I purchased this product brand new, yet the system claims that the serial number is already registered. Does this mean my device is already in Dyson’s records, or is there an issue preventing me from completing the registration? I am highly concerned about whether my warranty is valid. Dyson, please provide a solution and confirm the status of my product’s warranty. I expect a prompt response.
