We live in Bodrum, Turkey 🏝😎 and have a Dyson glide vacuum cleaner. In the summer there are 2 1/2 million people here no Dyson service center exists here. My machine has issues. It has to be shipped over to Istanbul and it'll take about two weeks to get it back. It's ridiculous if I knew this was the case I would've never bought the machine. You shouldn't sell your products unless you provide after-sale service !!!&. It appears the organization in Türkiye is not functioning properly as far as customers are concerned.
