Dyson Airwrap Heads Constantly Detaching
Ever since I bought it, my Dyson Airwrap has been nothing but a constant source of frustration. The nozzle of the hairdryer frequently comes off while in use, making the device impossible to use. I reached out to Dyson customer service on March 19th to report the issue and was informed that the device would be repaired. Unfortunately, there was a delay in the beginning, and I was informed that replacement parts had to be ordered. As a result, my device has been in service for more than a month.

The device is still in service, and I don't understand what calling and telling me this solves. You are not starting from scratch; what is this grievance? I urgently request the delivery of my machine in a sound and scratch-free condition!
