I purchased the Dyson Airstrait Ceramic Pink from Teknosa in Cevahir AVM, Şişli, Istanbul. Cosmetically, the first product had a small bubble on the outside, and Teknosa supported a replacement. However, the product I received today has scratches, peeling, and bubbles in many areas. This situation makes me feel like I am being given refurbished or defective items instead of a proper new product. Not only was my problem not resolved, but I was also sent a worse-looking product. I request that the necessary action be taken and expect a response.
