Since I bought my Dyson V15 from Leipzig Media Markt on June 26, 2023, I've been dealing with a really annoying problem – the gold paint on the vacuum cleaner is coming off. This expensive vacuum cleaner is causing a cosmetic issue that you wouldn't anticipate, even from the most budget-friendly brands. In addition, when I reached out to customer service through WhatsApp, they dismissed my concerns, stating, "It doesn't affect your usage." This is ridiculous! Why would the paint just peel off a product that costs ₺20,000? Does the warranty only cover problems that prevent usage? I need a replacement right away.
