Denied Return for Dyson Airwrap, Unresolved Return Issue, 30-Day Right

I bought a Dyson Airwrap from Kentpark Media Markt on 7th August 2023in Ankara which was 12 days ago. Since I haven't been able to fully use it and it hasn't met my needs completely, I wanted to return it. Media Markt says that if I had purchased it online, I could return it, but since I bought it from the store, I cannot return it. When I contacted Dyson UK, they said that I have a 30-day return right, even if I buy it from a store. The product is only 6 days old and there is absolutely no damage; I even have the original cardboard box. I definitely want to return the product!"
