Consistent Problems and Subpar Support with the Dyson 12 Vacuum



I purchased a Dyson 12 upright vacuum a year ago to make my life easier, but I have been experiencing the same problem every 3-4 months. If the problem could not be fixed, I always requested a replacement. The second time I had a problem with the same part, I sent it back in, and they said they had fixed it. However, when it was returned, the device had been dropped or damaged, with bent and broken threads where the attachment fit. All I'm doing is dealing with problems rather than having a pleasant experience.
