Super Duolingo Not Activated After Google Play Purchase
On the evening of June 19, 2026, I purchased Super Duolingo through Google Play on my Android phone. However, when I tried to check whether the subscription had been activated, I tapped on the unlimited hearts section and received the error message, "Unable to connect to the Google Play Store." Because of this error, the subscription could not be verified or activated.
Even though I completed the purchase through Google Play, my Super Duolingo subscription is still not active and the app continues to display the same error message. I have not yet contacted customer support. I would like this technical issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that my subscription is properly activated and I can begin using the service without any further problems.
