Super Duolingo Charged After Free Trial Cancellation

I used the 3-day free trial for Super Duolingo and voluntarily cancelled my subscription before the trial period expired. Despite this, I was charged ₺1,209 on 1 October 2026 without my explicit consent or authorization. I consider this charge improper and unlawful, as I cancelled the subscription within the free trial period. I request that the transaction be cancelled, the full amount of ₺1,209 be refunded, and a chargeback dispute be initiated for this transaction. I also request that this incorrect charge be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and that I receive written confirmation regarding the outcome.
