I've been playing DLS since 2024, and when it was DLS24, I linked my game to my Apple account. Due to some issues, I had to delete the game. Now, I've reinstalled it, and it's updated to DLS25. But here's the infuriating part: when I connect my Apple account, my old DLS24 game data isn't there! All my hard work, all my progress – it's completely gone.
My account was loaded with top-tier players, everything was perfect until this ridiculous update. Now it's all vanished, and I can't get it back. I've attached screenshots as proof that I linked my account to Apple in 2024, that my old account isn't appearing now, and evidence from my gallery showing my past players, match wins, and goals scored with Dybala and Lukaku. That was my "bad" offensive line!
First Touch Games, you need to restore my old DLS24 account immediately! This is unacceptable. I dedicated immense time and effort to that account, and to lose it due to your update is a complete betrayal of your players. Give me back my old account and all my progress now!
