DLS 26 Connection Bug Is Ruining Online Matches on Samsung S23

For the past 3 days, I have been experiencing a serious connection problem in DLS 26, and it has reached the point where I am starting to lose all enjoyment of the game. While playing matches, I suddenly receive an “internet connection lost” warning, the game immediately closes, and the match is automatically awarded to my opponent. During all of this, my internet connection is completely active and stable. In fact, I believe I have one of the best internet infrastructures in my neighborhood, and I do not experience any connection problems in any other application.
The issue appears randomly during matches and is not tied to any specific minute or in-game situation. After the warning screen appears, I cannot reconnect to the game, and the match is instantly counted as finished. I use a Samsung S23 device, and experiencing this many technical problems on such a device is definitely not normal. Over the past 3 days, this issue occurred in 7 out of approximately 10 matches I played, and I lost at least 15 points in Division 5 because of it. I spend both time and money on this game, so losing points unfairly because of a technical issue is extremely frustrating.
I want this connection problem to be urgently investigated and fixed, and I also request compensation for the matches and points I unfairly lost because of these technical issues. I expect this matter to be taken seriously so that players who invest both effort and money into the game are not unfairly affected.
