Immediate Cancellation Of DramaWave
I am using the DramaWave Weekly subscription in Melbourne, Australia and since 12/05/2026 I have been unable to log in to my account in order to cancel the service. Despite several attempts, the system does not allow me to access my account, so I am effectively locked out and cannot manage or stop the subscription myself. Because I cannot log in, the weekly fee continues to be charged to me, and I have already made payments for this subscription even though I am trying to cancel it. I find it unacceptable that there is no accessible way to cancel when the login function is not working. I request that my DramaWave Weekly subscription be cancelled immediately and that all amounts charged for this period in which I have been unable to log in and cancel be fully refunded. I also ask for written confirmation once the cancellation and refund have been completed.
