I Want To Cancel My Dramawave VIP Weekly Subscription And Get A Refund

Today I accidentally purchased a VIP weekly subscription on the Dramawave website and would like to request a refund. The subscription was bought today directly through the Dramawave site, and I was charged 230 Kč. The payment is linked to my account under the ID 44013639679. The purchase was made by mistake and I do not wish to use the VIP weekly service. I have not yet contacted customer support about this issue. I kindly request that my VIP weekly subscription be cancelled and that the full amount of 230 Kč be refunded to the original payment method as soon as possible.
