I Filed A Complaint On My Cancellation For Dramawave


I have been using Dramawave with a Weekly VIP subscription, which I started in the first week of May. I decided to cancel this subscription, but after cancelling, I saw that the cancellation will only take effect on June 2nd next week. I do not want the VIP subscription to continue until that date; I want it to be fully cancelled immediately. I paid approximately $20 for this subscription through Apple. I attempted to contact Dramawave customer support about cancelling it right away, but I have not received any response. I request that my Weekly VIP subscription be cancelled immediately without further delay and that any charges for the period I do not wish to use be reviewed and refunded if applicable.
