DMarket Trade Issue – My Knife Disappeared After Trade, No Real Support

I’ve completed hundreds of transactions on my DMarket account, but after formatting my PC, I ran into a serious issue. I attempted to trade my knife to a DMarket bot, but somehow, it never appeared in my DMarket inventory.

I spent an hour with customer support, and all they told me was that the issue was with my Steam account and that I should change my Steam password. If this were truly a Steam issue, why did only the knife from your trade offer disappear while all my other items remain untouched?

I need a real solution, not excuses. DMarket, where is my knife? Has anyone else had this happen? Please fix this immediately!
