DMarket Locked My Skins for 5 Days After Failed Sale

DMarket.com is a terrible platform for skin trading. I listed my skins for sale, but when they didn’t sell, I decided to withdraw them back to my inventory. However, once the skins were sent to a bot, I was unable to retrieve them. Now, because of their flawed system, my skins are stuck under a 5-day trade ban for no reason!

Why does DMarket send unsold skins to a bot, only to lock them when a sale is canceled? This makes no sense, and now I have to wait five days for no reason at all.

DMarket, fix your system and stop blocking users from accessing their own items! Has anyone else experienced this issue? I expect a resolution immediately!
