Discord Verified Bot Name Change Request Ignored After Support Contact

I own a Discord verified bot named “Vector Uptime#0846” (ID: 1272644208343253033) and would like to change its name. However, Discord does not allow name changes for verified bots directly.

Yesterday, I reached out to the Discord Support team by email to request this update. Unfortunately, I only received an automated reply and have not received any further assistance even after 24 hours have passed.

As the bot’s owner, I should have the ability to keep its branding and identity up to date. Not being able to change the name restricts both the project’s development and the clarity for its users.

I request that Discord Support assist me in updating the bot’s name and provide a clear path or approval process for verified bot name changes. Customers who maintain verified bots deserve timely support, not delays or automated replies that leave issues unresolved.
