Unauthorized Charge on Detectico App - Urgent Refund Request
I want to report an unauthorized charge on the Detectico app. I purchased a 1-day trial for ₺26.67, but without any confirmation, ₺798.33 was withdrawn from my account.
If my money is not refunded in full, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I kindly request an immediate resolution to this issue. Thank you.
An amount has been withdrawn from my account through the Detectico app without my knowledge. I purchased the trial version and paid 27.25 TL for one day. Subsequently, an amount of 823.79 TL was withdrawn from my account without any approval. If my money is not refunded in full, I will take legal action.
For 3 months, money has been deducted from my account, and the company has not responded in any way. I will initiate legal proceedings tomorrow.
