Detectico Subscription Cancellation and Refund Request Unresolved

I'm writing to express my frustration and concern regarding my experience with the Detectico app. I subscribed to their service, but upon realizing it didn't meet my needs, I decided to cancel. However, I've encountered several issues that have left me feeling dissatisfied and worried.
Firstly, I was overcharged for the subscription. This unexpected excess charge has caused me financial stress, and I'm urgently seeking a refund for this amount.
Secondly, I've been trying to cancel my subscription, but the process has been far from smooth. The lack of a customer service phone number has made it extremely difficult to communicate my concerns and requests effectively.
The app's performance has been disappointing, failing to deliver the promised services. This has only added to my frustration and reinforced my decision to cancel and seek a refund.

We made a transaction of 26 TL, the other 997 lira was a mistake. I would like a refund for that.
