My Deliveroo order was cancelled after payment, how can I claim a refund or explanation?

If Deliveroo cancelled your order after you paid, start by checking the Deliveroo app’s Order History and use the “Order Help” option to ask why it was cancelled and request a refund; the system normally refunds if the order couldn’t be delivered or was cancelled by Deliveroo.
You can also track any refund status in the Invoices & Refunds section of the Deliveroo Help Centre.
If the in-app help doesn’t respond, go to Deliveroo’s Contact Us page in the Help Centre and use the support form or chat to get a direct explanation and refund confirmation for that specific order number.
