I Face Double Charge for the Same Billing Period on My DeepL Translate Pro Subscription

During the July 22 – August 22, 2025 billing period, I was charged twice for my DeepL Translate Pro monthly subscription. On August 22, 2025, payments were withdrawn from two different credit cards (last four digits 7975 and 1859) through DeepL’s official website. My subscription ID is 198MBBUrktRKHpR3.

Since I was billed twice for the same period, I am requesting a refund for the duplicate charge. I have not yet contacted DeepL customer service, but I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and the extra payment returned to my account.

I kindly ask DeepL to review the transaction records, ensure that duplicate billing does not happen again, and process the refund for the overcharged amount as soon as possible.
