Decathlon Customer Complaint – Unethical Behavior at One Tower Store
I would like to report a serious ethical and commercial issue concerning a Decathlon staff member named *** who works at your Ankara One Tower store.
Over the past month, I have observed that this employee has been procuring products from certain suppliers at lower prices and then returning them to the store system at higher prices. I believe this practice abuses company policy and manipulates the store’s stock and pricing system. Such conduct seriously undermines the brand’s commercial integrity and customer trust.
In addition, I have also witnessed disrespectful behavior toward customers during the return and exchange process at this store. The 60-day return and exchange policy, which is honored at other Decathlon stores, is being arbitrarily denied here. Both I and several people I know have been victimized by this inconsistency and have had our exchange requests rejected.
I have already contacted Decathlon customer service, but have not yet received any response. Therefore, I am formally requesting the following:
That an internal investigation be initiated regarding the staff member in question,
That the store’s customer service procedures be reviewed and aligned with Decathlon’s official policies, and
That corrective measures be taken to prevent such inappropriate practices from continuing.
I kindly ask for a prompt and transparent resolution to this matter, as it directly impacts Decathlon’s reputation and customer trust.
