Decathlon and Pudo Let Me Down by Failing to Deliver My Online Order

I chose Pudo delivery point for my online shopping from Decathlon. When I went to Pudo point a week later, I could not receive the products. I called Pudo customer services and again, although I was at the delivery point, I could not receive the products. Since my phone number was not in the system, the products were returned to the center. Your phone number was not registered when placing your order, so couldn't there be a warning that your order had not been completed? After waiting this long, the products were sent back without proper response. Never shop online from Decathlon or Pudo again.
