Decathlon 3-Person Tent Replacement Part Supply Hassle
I bought a Decathlon 3-Person - 2 Seconds Easy Fresh&Black tent on September 6, 2022. Just the other day, a tiny plastic component on one of the tent's supports snapped. Decathlon is offering a complete octopus mechanism for ₺1,000 as a spare part, instead of just the individual plastic and metal pieces I need. This mechanism is made up of multiple pieces that can be easily attached and detached individually. It's quite disheartening to see that Decathlon is not supporting a product they sold just two years ago.

Decathlon wrote that they responded, but don't think they are concerned and solution-oriented. I shared a screenshot of the email I received. They are putting on a show here as if they will provide a solution, but in the email, they are telling me to deal with it on my own.
I'm not saying it's not user error; I'm just saying that Decathlon is leaving its customer in the lurch by not providing support for a product I bought only 1.5 years ago. With this email, you have very nicely supported that point.
