I accidentally renewed a monthly premium subscription on CV Wizard on 23 August 2026 and only realized it after seeing the bank notification. I did not intend to continue with the automatic renewal and did not knowingly approve this new term. A payment reservation of 394.34 ZK has been created on my FNB bank card for this CV Wizard transaction. I have not contacted customer service yet, but I would like this situation to be resolved as I did not want this renewal. I kindly request that my CV Wizard monthly premium subscription be cancelled immediately and that the 394.34 ZK amount reserved/charged for the 23 August 2026 renewal be fully refunded to my card.
