If CVS Pharmacy didn't apply your ExtraCare points when you checked out, the fastest way to fix the problem is to call 1-800-746-7287 or go to their website and click on "Help." When you call, make sure you have your ExtraCare card number and receipt on hand in case they need to prove the transaction.
You can also use the CVS website or app to check your "CVS ExtraCare account" and see if your rewards are tied correctly. If the rewards are visible but weren't applied, contact customer service and ask them to either apply the rewards backward or give you a refund for the price you missed.
