Crypto.com Onchain Wallet Funds Were Drained Without Authorization

I was using the wallet address 0x1A708A5eCbDe4BB42DF965CD371da816b569E9E6 in the Crypto.com Onchain app. Starting on August 21, 2025, I suddenly became unable to withdraw funds from my account, and I discovered that my entire balance, worth approximately $13,411, had been drained overnight without my knowledge or authorization.

Although I contacted the support team through the Crypto.com Onchain app, I received no response and was not provided with any assistance regarding my issue. As a result, I went to the police station and filed an official complaint stating that funds had been withdrawn from my account and that my money had been stolen.

I request that Crypto.com Onchain and Foris Dax TR, its representative company in Türkiye, explain the reasons for the restrictions placed on my account and provide information about any suspicious transaction reports associated with it. I also request complete copies of all transaction and account activity records. To the extent possible, I further request that IP addresses, device and connection records, port information, login logs, and the email addresses, phone numbers, SMS records, KYC information, and other identifying details of the person or persons who stole the funds from my account be provided to the competent authorities and shared with me to the extent legally permissible, so that they can assist in resolving my financial loss.

I expect my case to be investigated urgently, a detailed explanation of the unauthorized transactions to be provided, and all necessary steps to be taken to compensate me for the financial loss I have suffered.
